Standing in the Power of God

1 Corinthians 1-4
1 Corinthians 2:4-5 (KJV) 4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
My hope, my desire, for Calvary is that we would grow in the Lord, in holiness, in faith but that will only be done as we seek the Word and Wisdom of God. I have said so much that I do not want people to follow or believe because I say so, but because they have found the truth of what God says in His Word. Let our faith stand not in the wisdom of man but in the power of God.
