Jeremiah 10-13
Jeremiah 10:23 (KJV) 23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself:
it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.
Man is so determined to walk his own way, to go in his own wisdom, to make decisions by his own intellect, but God makes it clear that it is not in man to know the future, the outcome, without God’s direction. Only God knows and is able to direct our steps, fully knowing where that path leads. It is up to man to trust God and let God lead.
