Hope for America

Isaiah 18-22
In these chapters God warns the nations, but one verse gave me hope for America.
Isaiah 19:22 (KJV) 22 And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them. Egypt was a very wicked land but this verse says that after God judges them, smites them, He will heal them, because they finally return unto the Lord. If it takes smiting to bring our land back to the Lord, then smiting is what we need.
