Choose the Light

Nahum
Nahum 1:7-8 (KJV) 7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. 8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.
The choice is ours as a people, as a nation. We can trust in the Lord and He is a strong hold in the day of trouble or we will be end absolutely in darkness as enemies of the Lord. God was gracious to Nineveh in the time of Jonah for they turn to the strong hold and trusted in the Lord, but 100 to 140 years later they chose the darkness. Let us choose the Light of Christ in this wicked world.
