Bear His Cross

Matthew 27-28
Matthew 27:32 (KJV) 32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
Two thoughts today. 1. The question we need to ask is who has compelled us to bear His cross. Christ has compelled us to bear His cross! Matthew 16:24 (KJV) 24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 2. Satan influences man to try to tempt us the same way he tried to tempt Jesus. Matthew 27:40 (KJV) 40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross. Know your compeller and know your enemy.
